Developers / Build apps
Write an app.
It becomes part of the platform.
An Apteva app is a small service built against the SDK. It brings tools your agents can call, an interface of its own, and whatever routes and background work it needs — installed like any other app.
What an app can provide
Tools your agents can call
Declare tools with typed inputs and outputs. They appear to every agent that has permission, and over MCP to anything else you point at the gateway.
A panel in the dashboard
Ship an interface with your app and it appears in the workspace on install, with the same navigation, permissions, and activity trail as everything else. Every first-party app is built this way — there is no privileged set of screens you cannot match.
Routes, workers, and channels
Serve HTTP endpoints, run scheduled or event-driven background work, and connect messaging channels. An app is a small service, not a plugin in a sandbox.
Its own storage
Each app gets a database scoped to its install, so state belongs to the app rather than to a shared schema you have to negotiate.
Installable by anyone
Publish to the registry and it installs like any other app, into a project or globally, with its permissions declared up front.
